    Yes! Our services cost nothing.

    Of course, we need to make money somehow, so our fees are covered by the office space provider for bringing clients to them.

    We give them the opportunity to secure your business by providing the best possible space and deal, and if you take space with them, they will pay us a fee relevant to the contract value.

  • Why use pinpoint?

    We are a special breed. We have consciously limited our client base to work exclusively with creative and tech companies who are looking for flexible office space.

  • How long does it take to secure an office?

    Great question, and a tricky one to answer accurately.

    Every search is different, but we aim to have a fully customised office report back to you on the same day.

    Depending on availability, we can book office viewings and even secure office space on the day.

    We work to your timeframes and give you breathing space wherever needed. Think of this as a partnership, not as a ‘quickest route to sale’.

  • Should I use multiple brokers?

    You absolutely can, but believe us when we say that every broker has access to the same office providers and their availability. No really, they do.

    Using multiple brokers can lead to a bit of confusion about who has introduced what and it can get a little messy.

    Once engaging with us, we would advise putting your feet up for a few hours whilst we get to work and build your custom report.

  • What is an 'Office Provider'?

    It’s all a bit jargon heavy right?

    An Office Provider is simply a business who have physical office space that you are able to rent.

    These range from big names like WeWork and Fora, through to the lesser known gems of creative office space.

    They long-lease whole buildings, and fit out the floors with a range of private office spaces and hot-desking areas.

    They then pack in awesome shared amenities like breakout/collaboration spaces, phone booths, meeting rooms, roof terraces, gyms, libraries, events areas, bars and more.

    All of the clients in the building have access to these, building fantastic communities and a cracking work environment.
